Who needs a big hill?

When you have a daddy who is willing to go outside in his jammies to run with you on a sled you don't need a big hill for sledding fun.

Rob ran with Travis on the sled and would let go sending Travis zooming down the yard. Rob showed Travis how to run with the sled on his own then dive on the sled sending himself zooming down the yard so Travis could have lots of sledding fun when Daddy was at work.

This picture was taken a few weeks ago. We are sad that all our snow has melted away.

Ice hunting

This is from a couple weeks ago. We went to a local ice fest. We like hunting for the ice sculptures all around town. This year I think they had something like 55 ice sculptures.


This is a picture of Travis checking off some he found. We give the children a list of the sculptures and a map. They use the maps to give us directions to find each sculpture.

What we have been up to.

Sorry I have been gone so long! I couldn't find a way to get to our computer with 3 children. Demi is wonderful with her sister but I don't feel that I can leave her in a room, with the baby, without me nearby to watch over things! For that reason getting to our computer was something I couldn't do once baby Zee got old enough that she didn't want to sleep in the sling for hours a day. My wonderful hubby came up with the perfect solution to this problem.... A new laptop for me! YAY! Rob and Travis got the game Rock band to play on the xbox 360. The xbox broke again (broke the day after they got the game) our machine breaks a lot! So 2 days after buying the rockband game they went out and got guitar heros for the playstation 2 and are right back to rock'n. Rob just told me he has been searching for a wii. UGH! I don't think our house needs another game machine. We already have a gamecube, playstation2, xbox 360, a computer, and another game machine that I can't think of the name. Anyway, they got several expensive new games and are still looking for more. I guess everyone got new toys. I hope now to be able to use the computer a bit each day! I have missed you all! I am going to try to get back on track. I have missed having computer time! I am so happy to be back.
