Demi started painting before I had her hair pulled up and her painting top on. I guess she was very excited to start.
I think this is a beautiful birdhouse.
I showed Travis a few ways to make flowers.
Zee hung out on the porch with us.
I showed Demi how to use her fingers to paint flowers.
Here is how Travis' turned out.
Demi painted her birdhouse, several papers, and her hand.
We ate several freeze pops. That is paint on her face.
Travis and Demi have been writing and drawing pictures with notebooks and colored pencils, several hours a day, for weeks now. When Rob gets home from work he gets 50+ pages each day from them.
Travis built forts.
He now has 2 forts, his phone is set up and working, and he even has a secret path from one fort to the other. He is waiting for one of his friends (or his Daddy) to play water balloon war with him.
Zee took a nap.
Demi had fun looking at herself in the side of a pot. I never knew a pot could be so fun.
Our bunny is staying cool laying on ice bottles.

you guys are having a wonderful summer. I love the birdhouses, They are all really beautiful. Zee's flowers are pretty to. Talented family. Funny about Demi and the pot. Gabe does that to. He actually likes to put the pot on his head more and hit it with one of the plastic bats as hard as he can. The harder he hit the more he giggles. LOL crazy kid.
That is what summer should be like!
